Le Hat's Phoebe Hat is made from finely woven papier material. Handcrafted in Italy using a fine knitting technique. Woven in a classic pattern with an added removable hatband detail around the base of the crown. This piece rolls and folds easily making it perfect for travelling. It features an internal grosgrain band with adjustable drawstring tie inside, removable hatband and comes with a ByEloise hair tie.
