Designers Ariane Leondaridis and Katia Kelso share a special connection to their Greek heritage. This shared experience is the inspiration for their brand name – Ilio Nema. Ilio, meaning sunlight and Nema, meaning thread, the principal composition of fabrics and garments. With a mutual commitment to sustainable design and a love for fashion, Ilio Nema was born.
