Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Adam Heath Boutique, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. With nearly 60 years as a leading luxury fashion retailer, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a refund, exchange, or credit note on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Sale and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
How to Return or Exchange
- Request a Return
• Email shop@adamheath.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and item(s) you wish to return or exchange. - Return Approval
• Once approved, our Customer Care team will email you a prepaid returns label.
• Please lodge your return with Australia Post within 5 business days of receiving your label. Returns lodged outside of this timeframe may be refused or issued a credit note at our discretion. - Processing Your Return
• Once we have received and inspected your return, our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm your refund, exchange, or credit note.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags (including security tags) attached.
- Garments that are worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Shoes must be returned with their original, undamaged box and protective packaging. We cannot accept returns with scratched soles or without boxes.
- For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and pierced jewellery are non-returnable unless deemed faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
- The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
- Domestic returns: $15 per parcel (via Australia Post).
- International returns: $50 per parcel (via DHL Express).
- Any duties, taxes, or import charges incurred by Adam Heath Boutique in relation to your return will also be deducted. This includes returns arising from unpaid duties/taxes on delivery.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale & Promotions
Sale items and flash promotion items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on these purchases.
Gifts
- Items received as a gift may be exchanged for goods of equal or lesser value. Please contact our Customer Care team to arrange this.
- Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty:
- Contact shop@adamheath.com.au.
- We will assess the item and determine the appropriate solution. If the return is not approved as faulty, the item will be returned to you.
As per the ACCC guidelines, if a product has a minor fault, we will repair or fix it at no cost. For major faults, you may be entitled to a replacement, credit, or refund.
Click & Collect
- You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
- Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification to remain eligible under our Returns Policy. Orders collected after this timeframe may not qualify for a refund, exchange, or credit note.
Important Notes
- Adam Heath Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels being returned.
- Refunds and exchanges are only processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.
