ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
With over 50 years as a leading luxury fashion retailer we realise how important customer satisfaction is! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide a credit note, refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note there are NO refunds or exchanges on sale items or sale promotion items.
To receive a refund or exchange, please follow the below steps:
- Submit a returns or exchange request to Adam Heath Boutique within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com with your order details.
- All customers will be contacted by the Customer Care Team and sent an email confirmation once your return request has been processed.
- Return your items in their original packaging with the tags attached, along with the RMA and original receipt to:

All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached including the security tag. Garments that have been worn, washed or altered will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Shoes must be returned with all original packaging, including undamaged boxes. Adam Heath does not accept returns without boxes or with marked or scratched soles.
Unless faulty, we do not exchange or refund lingerie or pierced jewellery for hygienic reasons.
All returns and exchanges will not be processed until the product is returned to Adam Heath. Please note that original shipping charges or related expenses e.g. duties and/or import taxes will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items or items included in any flash promotion. This policy is strictly for full price items only
If the items were given to you as a gift, you may exchange them for items of equal or less value. Please contact our Customer Care team during business hours 9am to 5pm AWST on +618 93851044 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
No returns will be accepted of gift cards, or exchanges of gift cards for cash.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email the team at email@example.com. We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution. If at any stage Adam Heath deems the return as unsuccessful the item will be returned to the customer. RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable express shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee or take responsibility for lost or stolen items being returned.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
