Shipping Policy

At Adam Heath Boutique, we pride ourselves on providing a seamless luxury shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. We offer Click & Collect, domestic delivery within Australia, and international express shipping.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available for local Western Australian customers at our Claremont and Dunsborough boutiques. Availability is dependent on in-store stock, which is displayed on each product page and in your checkout cart.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shipping method at checkout. If the wrong method is selected, an invoice will be issued to cover the additional shipping cost.
  • Please note, items cannot be transferred between stores if the incorrect shipping method is chosen.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification to remain eligible under our Returns Policy.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping with Australia Post on all domestic orders over $800. For orders below this threshold, the following flat rates apply:

  • Express Post: $15
  • Standard Post: $10

If you would prefer to use DHL Express within Australia, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.

Additional Information:

  • During promotional periods, large or heavy items (e.g. boots, sneakers, coats, heels, totes) may incur higher shipping costs, calculated at checkout based on location.
  • All orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Sale items may take 1–3 business days to ship.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking number.

International Shipping

We are delighted to offer complimentary DHL Express shipping on international orders over $800.

For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be quoted at checkout according to your region. Please note:

  • All international orders are shipped with DHL Express. Delivery is estimated at 4–10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.
  • Shipping fees quoted do not include duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by the destination country. These remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not ship to international PO Boxes.
  • In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the full value of all goods and identify them as “merchandise.” Orders cannot be marked as “gifts,” regardless of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Our Customer Care team will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
