CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and Collect can be used by local Western Australian customers, and is valid for both Claremont and Dunsborough store locations. Use of the Click and Collect feature is completely dependant on stock availability for each store. Product availability information is found on the product page, as well as in the customers checkout cart.
Please note that customers are responsible for selecting the correct shipping method at checkout. Items cannot be transferred between stores if the wrong method has been selected.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA)
Free standard shipping with Australia Post is valid on orders over $500, this option can be selected at checkout if applicable.
Adam Heath offers standard and express shipping options within Australia using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Sale items may be subject to shipping delays, with shipment taking place within 1-3 days after your order has been placed. Shipping options are as follows:
Express Post - $15
Standard - $10
A dispatch confirmation email displaying your unique tracking number will be sent for all orders so that you can track the progress of your delivery.
If you are a domestic customer who prefers to use DHL, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Free international shipping with DHL is valid on orders over $500, this option can be selected at checkout if applicable.
All International orders are shipped using DHL Express and take between 3 - 10 business days of dispatch depending on where the goods are being shipped to.
If order value is below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be quoted according to your region and at this stage DO NOT include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes internationally.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
